提交 your certificate of completion electronically via email within 30 days of the course end date.

bet365中文大学 will upload eligible participants into the Michigan Department of Education’s MOECS. Participants will receive an email from the MOECS with instructions on how to access the system and obtain their SCECHs.

You must have a MOECS account to access the online evaluation. SCECHs are then awarded to your account. Evaluation notices are system-generated and sent from MOECS-NoReply@michigan.政府.
